Bigeye Direct, Inc. will merge with Advanced Mailing Services. The joint venture will retain the Bigeye Direct name and relocate to 32,000 square feet of office and production space in Herndon, VA.

After the merger Mark Karl will serve as CEO, Damon Smith will take the title president, and Mike Calder will be the COO.
Nearly all the 70 employees from the two companies have been transitioned to the new venture, resulting in little to no disruption in operations, according to the company.
Bigeye Direct provides data processing, printing, personalization, and mailing services. The company services major financial institutions, state and local governments, non-profits and associations, as well as private industry.
