Aurora Direct LLC, Burlington, MA, has purchased the direct marketing production division of TPC, a direct and database marketing firm. The move will allow TPC to focus on its business-to-business e-marketing and database marketing activities. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Aurora Direct, which was founded last year by two former TPC managers, will set up operations in the 25,000-square-foot space formerly occupied by TPC’s DM production division.
Aurora Direct co-founder Sean Connor said Aurora plans to expand its business by continuing to concentrate on moderate-volume business-to-business mailings. Service offerings at Aurora include direct marketing program management, data processing and application development, laser and inkjet personalization, mailing services and inventory management.
