Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) were $57.2 million in 1998 compared with $34 million in 1997. On a pro forma basis, reflecting the effect of its 14 acquisitions during the year, 1998 revenue was $308.6 million and EBITDA was $75.2 million.
