It all started in lower Manhattan with a simple note, “Hi,” posted in the window of an office building. A response came from a company across the street and well, the rest is a still unfolding story of creativity and whimsy, just what you’d expect from two innovative marketing and advertising agencies.
The notes have grown into large designs with colors and sophistication and have taken on a life of their own, now known as the Post-it-Note War. People are stopping on the street to take pictures and the social media hastags #CanalNotes and #PostItWar are keeping the conversation and interest going.
