WPP Acquires Huge Stake in Clemmow Hornby Inge

WPP has acquired a 49.9% stake in Clemmow Hornby Inge, parent company of Hall Moore CHI, a direct and digital marketing agency, according to wire service reports. Terms were not disclosed.

CHI will continue to operate under its own name.

The advertising agency giant said this investment continues its strategy of developing direct marketing, advertising, digital, design and identity capabilities for clients in mature markets.
