Printing giant World Color Press Inc., Greenwich, CT, has entered into a purchase agreement to acquire privately held Metroweb Corp., a publication and commercial printer with annual revenues of about $20 million. Terms were not disclosed.
Metroweb operates in a 94,000 square foot facility in Erlanger, KY. Its commercial division provides pre-press, printing and distribution services for customers who publish catalogs, brochures and other four-color products.
