E-mail marketing company Whitehat.com and DM firm American Computer Group will be combined to form Whitehat Inc.
The merger offers the ability to provide coordinated multimedia marketing campaigns, said Rodney Joffe, the founder and chairman of both companies.
The deal is expected to close Dec. 31.
