The board of directors at the Interactive Advertising Bureau has elected Wenda Harris Millard to serve as its vice chair. Millard has been a member of the board of directors, as well as its executive committee, since 2003.
Millard was recently named president of media at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. She oversees the company’s publishing, Internet and broadcasting operations.
Millard also sits on the board of the Ad Council, the Advertising Education Foundation, the James Beard Foundation and Do Something.
In addition to Millard, the IAB named four other people to its executive committee: Tim Armstrong, president of Advertising and Commerce, vice president, Google Inc.; Neil Ashe, CEO of CNET Networks, Inc. Mike Hard, vice president of Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions, US Sales; Dave Morgan, founder and chairman of Tacoda.
