Edwin Watts Golf, a golf equipment and accessories marketer, has been acquired by Wellspring Capital Management LLC. Terms were not disclosed.
The Fort Walton Beach, FL-based golf products marketer sells its wares through a mail order business, the Internet, and 48 company-owned and franchised stores throughout Florida, Alabama and Massassachusettes.
