Wunderman Cato Johnson, New York, has created two new positions. The first, executive vice president, worldwide practice leader, teleservices, has been filled by Eric Larsen to fill it. Larsen had been vice president of global client care and services development and president of PC technology at Gateway.
Additionally, Mark Grindeland will assume the newly created role of executive vice president, worldwide practice leader database marketing. Grindeland was formerly senior vice president and marketing director at Bronner, Slosberg, Humphrey.
