Vongo, a new video download service from Starz Entertainment Group LLC, has chosen Dynamics Direct Inc. to manage its e-mail communications.
Through Dynamic Messenger, Vongo will be able to use e-mail for all stages of a transaction, from initial sign up, to customer service, to purchase confirmation.
