Potpourri Group goes after all of these, looking for prospects who are different and yet similar in one very important way: They’re good mail order buyers.

The Chelmsford, MA-based company took root in 1973 when Bob Webb, Potpourri’s vice president of marketing, opened an agency, Webb & Co., with his original partner Mike Landers. Their first big account was Eastern Mountain Sports.
