Vertis Communications has hired Jon Singer to serve as senior vice president of sales and marketing for the company’s direct marketing division, and Oscar Padilla as director of interactive services.
Prior to joining Vertis, Singer was senior vice president of sales and marketing and Visant Marketing and Publishing Services. Before that, he as group vice president of sales for Banta Corp’s direct marketing solutions division. He also held positions with Transkrit, a direct marketing, business forms and commercial printing company, and shared mail firm Advo.
Padilla had formerly been managing director at Mindshare Interactive Campaigns. Before joining Mindshare, he was with Bridgeline Software.
