Vertis Communications and American Color Graphics have both agreed to extend until Aug. 20, the time for signing the definitive merger agreement.
The two companies agreed to merge ACG’s printing and premedia offerings into Vertis’s marketing and printing operations (Direct Newsline, July 25).
