PR savvy Vermont Teddy Bear Co. scores product placements for its toy bears on television and in the movies. The latest product placement for the cataloger was aired Aug. 30 on the Discovery Channel cable TV show “Big” with more appearances to follow in future episodes.
This spring Vermont Teddy Bear played host for Travel Channel’s show “Road Trip” in addition to being featured on another show called “Made in America.” Vermont Teddy Bear is scheduled to get more exposure in December by the same station on another show called “Boston to Montreal.”
The company also has its toy bears featured in recently released videos for such movies as “Stepford Wives,” “Mona Lisa Smile,” “Cat in the Hat,” and “Santa Claus 2.”
