VeraData has acquired Trilogy Target Solutions have merged to form a full-service list management and integrated marketing services firm.
Terms were not disclosed.
Principles Michael Peterman, Craig Irwin and Nate Snelson are managing partners of the new company which will operate under the name VeraData and be headquartered in Fort Myers, FL with offices in Washington, DC
“This merger gives both parties access to better database marketing and management tools, improved technology and greater depth and breadth of data to most effectively serve our clients” said Peterman, in a statement.
