ValueClick, Inc., an online marketing services firm, will acquire Hi-Speed Media, Inc., an opt-in email marketing services company, for $9.5 million.
Farshad Fardad, president of Hi-Speed Media, will continue as the leader of the Hi-Speed unit and will report directly to James Zarley, CEO of the Westlake Village, CA-based ValueClick.
