ValueClick Inc. the online marketing services agency plans to acquire Web Marketing Holdings Inc. for $141 million and E-Babylon Inc. for $11.7 million in transactions that are expected to close in July.
Web Marketing Holdings doing business as Web Clients is a network of more than 100 lead generation Web sites, which include Americanbeautysweepstakes.com, directscholar.com and ezrefinance.net.
E-Babylon is an online direct marketer of ink and toner products through the 123inkjets.com and 411inkjets.com Web sites.
These acquisitions already have been approved by the board of directors of the respective companies and the stockholders of E-Babylon.
