ValueClick Inc. has named Jeff Hirsch senior vice president, business development.
He was most recently chief revenue officer of Fastclick.com Inc., where he oversaw sales, business development and marketing functions.
Hirsch has also held several senior sales and marketing management positions with various technology and media companies.
