The U.S. Postal Service has extended until Nov. 30 contract negotiations with its four largest unions: the National Association of Letter Carriers, National Rural Letter Carriers’ Association, National Postal Mail Handlers Union and the American Postal Workers Union,
Negotiations will resume on Mon. Nov. 27.
