Universal Creates Multicultural Marketing Post

Universal Studios Home Entertainment has appointed Jeff Herrera to the newly created position of VP-multicultural marketing.

In his new role, Herrera will oversee marketing strategies aimed at Latinos, African-Americans and other ethnic groups. In addition, he will work with the company’s sales and marketing departments to develop strategies and programs that appeal to and influence purchasing decisions by various ethnic groups.

Herrera will report to Ken Graffeo, executive VP-marketing.
