Unisys pulled a 27% response rate this summer to a 2,500-piece stateside lead-generation mail campaign for a new line of mainframe computers.
The budget was about $1 million, said Baker Egerton, director of worldwide demand generation for Unisys.
The three-part mailing went to top-level information technology executives at Unisys’ large client firms to encourage them to upgrade their mainframe computer systems.
