TSGI.com Expands Pact With Signature Group

The Signature Group, Schaumberg, IL, has formed an agreement with TeleServices International Group Inc. (TSIG.com), St. Petersburg, FL, to assume primary fulfillment responsibility for inbound teleservices of certain Signature Group multilingual Loyalty and Rewards (L&R) program customers.

In January, TSIG.com announced its first contract with the Signature Group to handle bilingual travel-related services for Signature’s L&R program customers. The two contracts are expected to generate gross annual revenues in excess of $30 million to TSIG.com.

In addition to handling the travel redemption calls, TSIG.com will function as the “gate keeper” for L&R customer calls. TSIG.com will be responsible for managing inbound calls for L&R program information, program enrollments, program point status inquiries, program point redemption calls, as well as handling and tracking customer complaints and inquiries.
