A trust fund has been set up for Mia Sophie, the three-month old daughter of Jens Runge, a vice president at Direct Media Inc., who was murdered June 27.
Contributions should be made payable to The Direct Media Mia Sophie Fund and sent to Rick Sarli at Direct Media Inc., 200 Pemberwick Rd., Greenwich, CT, 06830.
Runge, 36, was shot and killed in Kent, NY, by the estranged husband of girlfriend and mother of Mia Sophie, Lori Hagerman. Hagerman is a broker in Direct Media’s business division who is out on maternity leave.
Funeral services for Runge were held last night at the Adams-Cordovano Funeral Home in Carmel, NY. He will be buried in the Wehl Cemetery in Hameln, Germany, where he was born.
