TradeDoubler has acquired the IMW Group, which includes The Search Works and the Technology Works for 56 million pounds ($114.8 million).
The acquisition expands TradeDoubler’s performance-based product portfolio into the search market and provides opportunities for further geographic expansion, according to TradeDoubler.
