TPN Names Chief Creative Officers

TPN has named Tim Austin and Anthony Massa chief creative officers, newly created positions.

Austin, 40, started work for TPN 16 years ago on the Frito-Lay account. He has led creative development on a number of accounts including Gatorade, Propel, ESPN, 7-Eleven, Miller and Jim Beam.

Massa, 52, has over 20 years of retail-focused agency experience in a wide variety of industries and categories including consumer, retail, pharmaceutical and business-to-business. She has worked with such clients as Gatorade, McDonald’s, Frito-Lay and Coors. Prior to joining TPN in 2007, he was chief creative officer of Euro RSCG Dallas where he led the development of retail and repositioning branding campaigns. Massa’s creative honors include ADDY, EFFIE, Gold Reggie, DMAD Best of Show, the Golden Phone Award and CEBA Awards, among others.

Austin and Massa will report to CEO Sharon Love and Rich Feitler, president, and will take the lead in directing the agency’s creative philosophy, approach and product across TPN’s growing client base.

TPN’s roster of clients includes Bank of America, PepsiCo, The Hershey Co., Wal-Mart, ESPN, 7-Eleven, the Campbell Soup Co. and Orbitz.
