Time Customer Service Chooses Exstream to Generate Mailings

Time Customer Service, the fulfillment center for the Time Inc. family of magazines, has chosen Exstream Software’s Dialogue to create and process customized mail pieces, renewal notices, billing statements and other customer correspondence.

The size of the contract was not announced.

Time Customer Service generates more than 500 million documents annually on behalf of 40 magazines, including Time and People. Tampa, FL-based Time Customer Services also runs five customer service facilities, which collectively handle mail processing, telemarketing and shipment of magazine collateral pieces.

The new program will allow Time Customer Service to create personalized contact pieces in a timely fashion. “Quick document development and processing is critical to streamlined magazine fulfillment services,” Terry Kaufmann, manager of applications development at TCS, said in a statement.

Exstream Software is based in Lexington, KY.
