Tessi has signed a memorandum of understanding with Cegedim to acquire seven of its direct and database marketing services companies.
Terms were not disclosed.
The companies are Societe Developpement Informatique, Medipost, Docubase Systems, Docubase Services, Docubase Systems Inc., Declaratis and Asp One.Fr.
The deal is expected to close in June.
