Terra Lycos, an Internet search engine company, has acquired online direct marketing services firm, GetRelevant.
The purchase adds a suite of products and expanded audience to Terra Lycos’s DM services.
Terms of the all cash deal were not disclosed.
The product suite will allow Terra Lycos to present targeted offers to users during the registration process. The firm has an Internet presence in 42 countries, in 20 languages and reaches 116 million individual users per month worldwide, the company said.
