MCCI Multi-Channel Communications Inc., a Toronto, Canada-based call center services firm has been acquired in an all cash deal by Teleperformance USA, a subsidiary of the French firm SR. Teleperformance.
MCCI maintains 1,100 stations that serve primarily U.S. firms. Its U.S. revenues are projected to be $40 million in 2006.
MCCI offers call center, technical support and Internet-related services.
The U.S. market represents 50% of the global market. Teleperformance, which operates 44,000 workstations in 38 countries derives 42% of its revenues from the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
