A Pennsylvania telemarketing company raising funds for wounded combat veterans has agreed to settle charges filed by the state that it deceived potential donors.
The firm, Wicklow Inc., of Bensalem, PA, will pay $5,000 in penalties, investigative costs and restitution, according to Pennsylvania Attorney General Mike Fisher
