Talbot’s Inc. will launch an e-commerce Web site in the fall for the 1999 holiday season. The Web site, www.talbots.com, is being developed by Business Data Services.
In addition to circulating 53 million catalogs around the world, Talbot’s operates some 653 stores in Europe and North America. BDS, Glastonbury, CT, clients include Best Buy, Perkin-Elmer, and Columbia House.
