Stayhealthy Inc. will integrate its Web-enabled products and services into PharMerica’s offerings through its national network of pharmacies, according to a partnership agreement the two companies announced yesterday.
The two companies will launch the partnership with a pilot program that calls for Stayhealthy medical monitoring devices to be installed in nursing homes that PharMerica services. In addition, Stayhealthy will provide residents with password-protect Web pages where medical readings and other relevant medical information can be stored and accessed by residents, their families and their caregivers.
The agreement also calls for the establishment of private e-mail accounts and for the development of e-commerce for PharMerica and its customers.
