SR.Teleperformance, a French provider of outsourced contact center services, has acquired Infomobile, a service-oriented call center, for an undisclosed sum.
Infomobile, with a total capacity of 250 workstations, has 170 employees at its Guyancourt, France site and offers customer service, technical support, on-call (emergency, after hours hotline) and automated response services.
“Acquiring Infomobile is great news for SR.Teleperformance,” said CEO Christophe Allard in a statement. “It enables us to consolidate our leadership in the French contact center industry and, at the same time, obtaining a presence and respected know-how in areas of activity the Group has not significantly tapped into so far.”
