SocialEngine Allows Brands to Build Their Own Social Networks, Improve Lead Qualification

Posted on

Social networkLead generation via social media is a tricky task. Not only is the process of turning fans and followers into dollars difficult, major social networks offer limited data, which makes it hard to show off the lead-generation value of the channel. SocialEngine, a white-label software provider that enables brands to build their own social networks, claims to have a solution. An account with the platform gives brands control over the conversation and the ability to collect email addresses, things they can’t do on Facebook and Twitter. “It’s a much better way to get the info you need to qualify leads,” says Alex Benzer, SocialEngine co-founder and chief executive. About 350 sites have been built with SocialEngine’s software so far, and the company has more than 9,000 clients. (ReadWrite)
