Snyder Communications Inc., Bethesda, MD, has acquired New York-based Media Syndication Global, an integrated marketing and media services company.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
With a database of more than 2 million, Media Syndication is expected to bring circulation clout to marketing programs. The company also contributes new media and cooperative mail program management to Snyder.
Earlier this week, Snyder had combined its direct services group under the brand name Brann Worldwide.
