SkyWorld Interactive, an online marketing agency, has acquired BeeLine Internet Resources, a Boston-based Internet development firm, for an undisclosed sum.
Under terms of the agreement, BeeLine CEO Glenn Morgan will become SkyWorld’s COO and one of the firm’s three managing partners.
SkyWorld, based in Stoneham, MA, offers one-to-one e-commerce systems, consulting and online marketing and database integration services.
