Simmons Market Research Bureau has incorporated Experian Marketing Services’ TrueTouch predictive behavioral software in the Simmons Spring National Consumer Study.
The software was designed to improve the relevance of marketing messages, effectiveness of channel contact strategies and timing to improve telemarketing responsiveness, according to Simmons.
“TrueTouch not only identifies your best customers and prospects, but also tells you what type of messages and offers motivate their purchases, the communications channels they prefer and times that they can be reached,” said Chris Wilson, president and COO of Simmons, in a statement.
