The Sportsman’s Guide has formed a business agreement with digital printing and imaging company Banta Digital Group, Minneapolis, to help publish it catalog on its Web site (http://www.sportsmansguide.com).

BannerDirect, a New York direct marketing agency, has named Kinga Baranksy creative director. Baranksy, who will be based in Wilmington, NC, formerly had her own commercial-graphics firm.

Retail Target Marketing Systems Inc., Waukesha, WI, has hired John K. Thompson as vice president of marketing. Thompson was most recently with Magnify Inc., a Chicago startup specializing in data mining, where he had the same title. Retail Target Marketing provides direct marketing services for retailers.
