Cremation specialists, the Neptune Society, Burbank, CA, has launched a call center based in Tempe, AZ, to be fully operational by Nov. 10 to service North America. The launch is designed to build on the society’s direct mail program currently delivering 3.6 million pieces per year.
ICT Group, a Langhorne, PA-based call center service provider, has made several additions to its staff. The company has hired Catherine A. Nuccio to be the firm’s Vice President/General Manager of Call Center Consulting Services. Nuccio previously was director of call center analysis for Norrell Corp. Mark Sobieski was brought aboard as VP/GM of TeleSolutions, ICT Group’s business unit specializing in business and consumer teleservices for the telecommunications, energy services, and information media and technology industries. Sobieski joins ICT Group from TeleSpectrum Worldwide, where he was VP/GM of its northern region Telemarketing division. And Elizabeth J. Paoletti has been appointed VP/GM of Medical Marketing Services. Most recently, she served as Call Center Director for Telerx, a national teleservices company.
