Josh Perlstein has been promoted to the vice president of the interactive media division at Response Media Products Inc., Atlanta. Perlstein had been interactive media director.

InfoUSA.com, Foster City, CA, tapped James Watkins as chief marketing officer. He had previously been director of corporate communications at SBC Communications.

Rick Witt has been appointed as director of client services and product management at DataInsight, Golden, CO. The company provides online and off-line database marketing systems.

Philip D. Gunn has been named interim CEO of gaming Web site, eLottery Inc. He was formerly chairman of and investor in discount fragrance e-marketer FragranceNet.com.
