Winterberry Group, a New York-based consultancy, has formed the Digital Commerce Board, a group that will provide member companies with research studies, financial analyst support and “intelligence products” to help them market through the Internet. Charter members include online currency provider Beenz. com; Web television technology developer Commerce.tv; freight management firm DM Transportation Management; online marketer HotSocket; online behavior measurement firm NetValue USA; printing systems provider Media Solutions Services; Web infrastructure services company OrderTrust Inc.; and permission-based e-mail marketing network SmartReminders.com.
Email marketing company FloNetwork Inc. has been named by Prefer Network to deploy permission based email. Under the agreement, both companies will also resell their respective services.Prefer.com Network includes more than 50 retail partners including J.Jill, Jackson & Perkins, and Balducci’s.
