Tim Dolan has been named vice president of marketing at e-mail change-of-address company Return Path Inc., New York. Dolan will oversee marketing and branding efforts for the company. Dolan had been vice president of list services for Bigfoot Interactive, and director of business marketing services for Experian.
Eli L. Chalfin has been appointed CEO of portable bookmark manager company Blink.com Inc., New York. Blink had been vice president and general manager of DARTmail at DoubleClick Inc., and vice president of product management at Cendant.
The Chicago Association of Direct Marketing has expanded the number of board members from nine to 11. The new seats are filled by Joseph M. DeCosmo, president of DeCosmo and Associates Inc., and John White, manager of database marketing and analysis, Nuveen Investments.
