DIMAC Marketing Partners, Windsor, CT, has formed a partnership with coupon company coolsavings.com Inc. Under the agreement, DIMAC’s clients can offer online targeted advertising and promotional incentives.

New York-based Vindigo, which develops personal navigational applications for mobile devices, has signed an agreement to integrate infoUSA.com’s Point-of-Interest database into handheld computers and Internet-ready mobile phones. The database contains select businesses in major metropolitan areas in the U.S. and Canada. InfoUSA is in Omaha.

Lisa Morris has been appointed director of sales, list management at D-J Associates, Ridgefield, CT.

Patrick Kearney has been hired as vice president of sales and marketing at Geographic Data Technology Inc., a developer of map databases in Lebanon, NH.
