Online bookseller Amazon.com, Seattle, has tapped outsource customer service company iSKY Inc., Laurel, MD, to provide support for telephone inquiries from its U.S. site. The agreement may eventually extend to Amazon’s overseas sites.
James Kelly, CEO of United Parcel Service, plans to retire next year. Kelly, who joined the carrier in 1964, is given credited for building the firm.
