Spiegel Catalog Inc. has named Lynette Cvikota as vice president of home. She will be responsible for the Spiegel home business, overseeing all aspects of product design and development, sourcing and quality assurance. She will report to Melissa Payner, CEO of Spiegel.
First Data Resources, the card issuing subsidiary of First Data Corp., has signed a five-year contract extension with Direct Merchants Credit Card Bank N.A. a wholly-owned subsidiary of Metris Cos. Inc. First Data provides bankcard processing and other card portfolio management services for Direct Merchant Bank’s more than 5 million bankcard accounts.
