Frank Quaranta has been named vice president at the Listworks Corp. Quaranta comes to the Pleasantville, NY, company from Mal Dunn Associates, where he was vice president, overseeing the list management and Internet divisions. For six years before that, Quaranta was director of new business development at the Millard Group.
