Direct Response Financial Services Inc. has signed a letter of intent for $1 million with TAIO Investment Ltd., a Canadian private equity investment group. The investment will be used for operating capital and to help expand DRFL’s acquisition strategy. DRFS is a provider of merchant banking solutions.
