Sprint signed a multiyear, multimillion-dollar agreement with Lands’ End to provide call center infrastructure and frame relay services for their domestic stores and international call centers. Lands’ End’s call centers handle tens of thousands of customer service calls and orders daily.

Bryan Burdick joined Monster as senior vice president of Monster Hourly & Skilled. He will be responsible for integrating the division’s offerings into all of Maynard, MA-based Monster’s client segments. He was previously vice president of global portal services at TerraLycos , Inc.
