Sara Lee F&B Names Kim Feil to Lead North American Marketing Efforts

Sara Lee Food & Beverage has hired Kim Feil as senior VP-CMO to lead all marketing efforts for the company’s retail brands in North America, including Sara Lee, Jimmy Dean, Hillshire Farm, Ball Park and Senseo. The post takes effect Sept. 6.

She will lead brand marketing, promotions and market research for Sara Lee Food & Beverage, the North American retail food organization of Sara Lee Corp.

Most recently, Feil, 46, worked for Kimberly-Clark Corp. as the VP-senior marketing officer of its North Atlantic businesses, including health and hygiene products marketed under the Huggies, Kleenex and Scott brands. She has also worked for Pepsico, Cadbury Schweppes and Information Resources Inc. in marketing, sales and strategic planning positions.

“She has an incredibly strong track record of building brands across a range of consumer product categories at major consumer product companies,” said Sara Lee CEO Christopher Fraleigh.
